All services you can access on the SPS Support portal are completely free. 
When do SPS charge for support?
All of our support articles are completely free to view online and we don't charge for basic self-service support requests. We will only charge you if you require one of our technicians to remotely connect to resolve an issue or visit your premises. Any chargeable services will be confirmed with the client before we carry out any work. We will never charge without confirming the cost with the client first.  
How Much do SPS charge?
The cost of our services is dependant on time and complexity, for this reason we do not advise standard charges and consider each case individually. We can say that our pricing is highly competitive and we will always provide you with a quote before carrying out any work. You will only ever pay what you have been quoted, never more, and in-fact, sometimes you might even pay less than the quoted price! 
How do SPS make money?
SPS was initially set-up as a hobby to provide private individuals and small businesses with simple, free IT support services (Simple Professional Solutions - SPS in short). SPS charge for certain services such as complex IT Issue diagnosis, premises visits / inspections and some remote services. We will always advise when a service is chargeable before we carry out any work and will let you know in advance of any charges so that you can confidently decide whether you wish to proceed or not.
